was there last weekend with AHRMA. track is good but they haven't brought in any spectator bleachers yet for the AMA round. was asked by some of the spectators about where the best place to watch was. the fancy building at the end of the track was free that weekend but i am sure there will be a pricetag and special access for that weekend. the grass has started to come in fuller around the track so that kept the dirt and dust down. went into N.O. to the Triumph/Ducati shop for a little sponsored event and that area looks normal. all the hotels on I-10 appeared to be open. http://www.nolamotor.com/ here is the track website. see y'all there! tim | ||

On second look, it looks like I didn't get VIP passes either. Funny thing is Roadracing World's contest page only mentions the VIP passes so I assumed that's what the tickets were when I won them.  Still should be pretty cool, but not quite so cool. | ||

hey Boogiman1981, you're my kinda guy - I posted up a similarly presumptive request when COTA announced F1 & MotoGP in Austin..... sorry, Tuono Joice & I definitely want total privacy on this mini-vacation -------------------------------------------- on a separate note: who has ready transport for 2, to & from the track, on either Sat or Sun? we're renting a place on border of French Qtr - I understand that the track's mebbe 20 min away we're not renting a car - hence my own hopeful request! | ||
