You are right Blake...both shirts will have the #1 on the back. The black shirt will have a grey vertical stripe rather than yellow(some problem with colors bleeding)and will not have the yellow rings around the collar and sleeves. We tried to design one for the sport bike crowd (white) and one more for the traditional biker crowd (black). | ||

Can you tell us why you never put a Buell logo on any of your Merchandise? I guess that is the only reason I didn't buy one of your shirts earlier this year, well and the lack of a good distribution channel. I will buy a shirt but just disappointed that Buell is not recognized. | ||

Man, I love Buell, and even some Harleys. But I really do dislike the corporation that makes the bikes. Tools. | ||

I routinely add Buell & other patches onto Ts, jackets, etc. no biggie for local seamstress or shoe repairman to stich em on...... | ||

Absolutely amazing . . . for years BUELL (remember, the motorcycle that won the Championship) had dreamed of and been focused on their first racing championship and now . . . Harley-Dadvison will not allow their name to be put on the Championship shirts. Folks in marketing, once again, should be ashamed. I'm thrilled to see Richie picking up their slack, even absent their support, yet sorry he has to do it. My good fortune is that I have about 500 perfectly licensed BUELL RACING shirts here in boxes . . . I can see adding the new logo and 2009 Champion across the back. They are perfectly licensed. What a shame. | ||

That is pretty nuts  On a better note, there will be a celebration party at the HD museum Thursday night 9/24 starting about 5 pm. The Thunderbolts will be playing and I think Danny and Richie might be there as well along with race bikes. Come on down. | ||

Court, I think that HD/Buell marketing is working out the licensing as we speak?? RMR and marketing will?? be doing something when the lawyers are through. HD does like to control everything but something is being done. Championships are to be celebrated after all. | ||

Hey Guys, Just got a call from Jon Flickinger and was informed there was a bit of confusion on the championship shirts at Buell. He informed me Buell would be proud to have their logo on our shirts! The presses start next week....stayed tuned. Thanks Flick | ||

That's excellent news Richie. I'm glad that common sense prevailed on this one. Don't know if the grumblings of the peanut gallery here were heard or not by the suits in Milwaukee, but no matter. Buell and HD should be proud to be associated with a first class group like yours, glad they realize that now. | ||

Thanks Richie. That is GREAT news!!!! I'm glad that you have worked with Buell and someone there was open minded enough to see that their logo should be on your championship shirts. This has been a proud day for everyone involved and now it can be showcased that way. Anytime you want to drop us a sneak peak into your plans for next year feel free.
