One of my turn signals burnt out, and while trying to fix it, it pretty much fell apart in my hand... They are old LED types, and they all look pretty "worked" Thought I might take the opportunity to update all 4...

Any good suggestions of stuff that's out there right now?

Not looking to start a debate, just looking for opinions on signals other Uly guys are using and like. Photos would be cool, too!

Thanks!

Here is what I was rockin'

Forget the signals, how did you mount the PIAA's? Are those home made brackets? Do they shake much? Thanks.

WHOA THERE Griffmeister!!

Don't high-jack my thread into the dismal, dismal, endless discussion that is the Uly Aux-Light thread on the first post! LOL <grin>

It's a Palmer light bar. Readily available. Read all about it here: http://badweatherbikers.com/buell/messages/142838/ 659504.html?1322522173

..and shake...?? Come on, it's a Uly... LOL

Ah, hell with it! I was kind of antsy to get this put back together and I stumbled across these while sleuthing for options... Seem like they will slip right in and I guess they look pretty cool... So I ordered them (smoke)

Spotted them at Doctor Enduro. No "Uly specific" stuff (imagine that), but a few cool odds and ends... I'll report when I get them.

It's a bit late now...but the Tuff Lite turn signals have gotten a lot of good reviews and they claim to be indestructible. As an added bonus, they are made in the USA.

Z,
I assume it is per pair, but I wrote them an email to get a better answer. I'll let you know...

Other than Sugar McGuinn, if you haven't done so, check your blinker stalks.

I'm not saying that the pandemic is coming but it was strange to me that a bike kept inside for its entire life had all four blinkers give up, crack, sag and flop within a year of noticing the first hairline cracks in the plastic. Of course, mine were 7 years old.

Ramman, your LED units are compelling and fill me with buyers regret as I went back to the well and popped on 4 new OEM units.

The rear ones are a PITA for what they are and what one has to go through to get after them.

Used Yamaha turn signals are good stuff. TW200 signal stalks put up with kids dropping them off road. They used them on other models too. People always wanting to "upgrade" make them available on the cheap. You may need to use rear ones on the front unless there is a need to have running lights in them. The fronts have running lights in them. The rears do not.
