Im considering luggage that doubles as a backrest while riding solo. On long trips I like to bungee the gear forward as I find it makes a comfortable backrest. Ideally something that mounts on the factory backrest and can be reversed when riding two-up. Some Ive checked out aren't quite big enough to hit my back due to average arm length. Ideas with pictures would be appreciated. Thanks |

I used to use an old army duffel bag on my Ironhead. I would cinch it down with the backpack-straps against the turnsignal stalks. Good enough to get me to Quebec and back. Too bad the engine wasn't! |

That was me and I still have some available, I wouldn't ride far without one now, especially great with the Palmer hiway pegs

Nate nothing like a bungeed duffle bag. Infinitely adjustable too. Pretty cool Ron what are you asking for the backrest? |

The guy that sold me my bike included an Oxford Sports soft lugage pack. It has bungee cords for mounting, lots of variations for attaching to tripple tail. I might make a ridgid liner so it gives better back support. I don't see a model# on it, but they do have a web site |
