Made the eighty mile one way to High Country HD Buell for the rider comfort ECM download. In and out in less than an hour, no hassles or trouble. Those guys are the best. Anytime your in the area stop by and meet them. It's a pleasure doing business there. | ||

I had worked at High Country since May 2008 and it is the ONLY Buell shop in the area I would go to. I just took a new job a couple of weeks ago for a bigger paycheck but still recommend them for parts/service over any of the competition(within 150 miles). Zack | ||

I went into Fletcher's HD and Buell in Clearwater FL, on the date of their 47th anniversary two weeks ago. I asked if they had time to download the latest flash for my ECM on my 09XT. They said they could get right on it and it would be done in a half hour and it was. I would say this was great service as well. | ||

Seminole in Sanford, FL has treated us well. We've not used Gainesville HD/B because it's a little farther out of the way but we have heard good things about them. | ||

Cowboy HD/B in Austin, TX, is full of great people and good techs. They gave me a free 09 Uly. Sort of... Yeah, Mark that's it. It was free.... I guess you forgot all about the other Uly, huh?  While not a Buell dealership, I have to acknowledge the exceptional service I received from Champion Motorsports in Roswell, NM on my way back from the SW Buell Rally. I got a flat (actually a nice tear) in my rear tire and had to get towed at 1 AM to a local hotel. They next morning I called Champion and they came over to the hotel picked me and the bike up. Put the tire on the Uly, and had me on my way. Since I was stranded, they picked me up for free and tossed in the tire take-off and put-on, so I just got charged for the tire. A great place to break down I suppose. They did sell HDs, so I suppose in a real pinch they might have actually worked on the Uly too, although they were never a Buell dealership. Wayne | ||

+1 on New Castle HD. They service both my Buells and have gone over the top with the extent of the service on both bikes. They also will take the time to answer lengthy questions over the phone for less experienced "home" Buell techs. | ||
