This in one sidecase, with the other sidecase totally empty...gives some pretty wonky handling characteristics! (and no...I hadn't consumed ANY of them yet!) |

You should have bought another 30 pack to even the load out. |

Best thing about those Journeys, and they'll even swallow up a 36-pack too. You want really messed up handling put one of those cases in the right side bag only... |

I'd have bought a pair...but there's this pesky stuff called "food" in the fridge. (shrug) |

Fifteen beers in each bag like the rest of us slobs. |

That's why everyone needs to have a fridge solely for beverages. There is no excuse to seek out crappy handling, even if there are 30 good reasons.. hehe |

+1 Hang Anyone who drinks beer has a bad taste in beer.... I can`t even think of a comment for that. But at least it leaves more for us beer drinkers. |

As the sign at the greeting area of my favorite old brewpub said (the late, great Left Hand Tap House) "People who drink light beer, really don't like the taste of beer. They just like to pee a lot". |

I picked up a growler of Southern Tier Pumking ale and a growler of Coast Rye Knot Brown ale AND a pint of Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout with my Uly today (a growler in each side case and the pint in the top case) and it handled fine. Obviously your Uly WILL handle better with good beer. |

Oh, don't get me wrong..I love me some Guinness, understand "good beer", and have quite the collection of nice singlemalts as well (the youngest being a 10 year cask strength). But, there is the "balance price with quantity" equation for the budget... |

I understand the balance between price and quantity, as I am unemployed right now, but when it comes to beer, compromise is not an option. Frankly if corporate light beer (regardless of brand) were the only beers left on earth - I would quit drinking beer. I really face a dilemma at those Harley-focused bike events where Coors (or Bud) Light is the only option. |

I'm with you Hangetsu. One of the reasons I homebrew, and the reason I started cask conditioning. If you truly like the taste of cheap junk, hey whatever. I challenge anyone to let that lemonade warm up to proper drinking temp, taste it and honestly tell me it tastes good. There's a reason that junk has evolved into an ice cold drink. That way you can't actually taste it! |

Just put ten gallons of home brew to rest. Three weeks till tasting!! Of course we were tasting the last batch while brewing this one. |

There certainly are some nice roads around New Glarus, WI. I keep a couple of empty growlers on the bike when I'm out that way. The "Grumpy Troll" in Mt. Horeb has some nice micro brews. Rt. 78 between New Glarus and Mt. Horeb is an excellent ride. |

Ya need to drill a couple holes in the bottom of the box to let the meltwater flow out. |

And Ratbuell wonders why he keeps breaking side case latches...... |

When the sidecase is EMPTY and I'm standing next to a parked bike in a parking lot? YES. I wonder. And, I never close the bag with the latch. And when I'm that heavy, I always bungee both bags together across the passenger seat, or at the very least from the bag to the grab handle. I own an S2. I'm used to working with bags that are "challenged". |
