I found this thing on ebay, it looks cool, anyone have one or any thoughts about it?

I figured it might be useful on longer slab rides, but I've always had enough crap on the back seat to lean on anyway.

Looks like its for the bracket only, you get whatever pad you want and fit it.

Of course it isn't for me, but I am sure some of the less physically able might enjoy it.
