Could one of you guys installing the Comfort Kit RSS post some good pics of the mounted inner scoop only? I'm interested in the factory baffle solution.

Thanks!

Xbimmer,
If you can get the fan shroud separately, that's all you need.

I put the full kit on mine last week. The scoop you have I believe delivers more air than the kit scoop. And, IMO the heat shield is superfluous for "our" kind of riding here in CA (filtering, instead of sitting in traffic.)

Thanks Teeps, so you're saying the inner factory RSS dumps back to the rear head like the Crins RSS? How do you like the Kit as a whole?

"Filtering", as in lane splitting?

Yes, though I don't believe as much as the Crins RSS. From what what I can see the kit scoop maintains high speed air flow to the injector area, too. You can rest assured that the factory kit is engineered with the well being of the rider and engine in mind.

How do you like the Kit as a whole?

I'm very impressed with the Comfort Kit.
Too bad it didn't come out a few years earlier. And, the same can be said about the updated rear wheel.
The price on both upgrades is reasonable.

"Filtering", as in lane splitting?

Yes

On a side note:
Even though the price is reasonable on the "wheel kit" upgrade. I think Buell should implement a Product Update.

Thanks Teeps.

Still like to see some pics though, don't think I'll get an opportunity soon to see a 2010, lots of older ones still on the floors around here.
