I haven't been able to get into the Owner's section of the Buell website for a very long time. I have lost/forgot my username and password and they have made it nigh on impossible to rectify this situation since they expect a username and email address to get a password reset. Well, of course I have the email address but since I've lost track of the username they give me no other alternatives. I tried to create a new profile but that won't work because of the same email address in the unaccessible profile I can't get at. They've made this thing way to hard. Was actually thinking of going to Homecoming but have been unable to sign up and now it's probably way too late. Can you help me out here ? | ||

Maybe it's time, we sure appreciate all the work you have done for the community, and the factory certainly is organized enough to do it right in a scalable way now. We will no doubt have to train some dealers though... | ||

Can't make a new account without a new email address and then it will probably fail because I would use the same VIN. Anyway I only have one email address and only one VIN. I don't get that site at all. Goes out of its way to be a PITA. And now even Court is saying "Not my yob". WTH! | ||

Electraglider - Can't help you with the Buell owner's site access, but to the best of my knowledge, you don't have to register for any of the Homecoming activities - just show up. | ||

Staves, They always have a nice host hotel deal and all the other things that make it a great little vacation and ride. Looks like it is too late now for this year. Mine and their loss. That username/password BS is ridiculous. That site was a nightmare when I still had access. | ||

I have never had an issue with the website, but I never forgot my password. I just used the forgot password tool, punched in my username and email and they sent me a new password. How many usernames could you have that you wouldn't be able to guess it? Still, I would open a new account, use a different email, and you can use whatever vin you want, just grab one on ebay, I got one of every model on my profile. | ||

Electra, When I had an issue with a similar problem (problem with the owner website), I called Customer Service and they were able to fix it for me right away. | ||

The host hotel and registration were unique to the last year (perhaps couple) due to the crowds expected. My best is that this year will be an impressive crowd, that folks will be amazed at what they see and we'll have a great time. I'm planning on just spending the days hanging out, visiting, relaxing and having fun . . . kinda Homecoming back to the roots from whence it came. Cool. | ||

Short handed already as everyone else is off. I wonder how much I would miss if I rode out Friday right after work. Google says 15hrs riding each way, I leave work at noon Friday, ride till like 9pm, pick up the rest on Saturday. Pretty much gonna get there, say hi, then turn around and head back!  | ||
