Riding home from doing some work on my Uly with New12r last night, I noticed my exhaust note sounded louder and, uh, harley-ier. I thought New12r must've been messing with me. You know, sardines in the exhaust or something. Actually what I really thought was that one of the new spark plugs was causing a problem.

I stopped to check it out, and found that both of the nuts were gone from the front cylinder header clamp/fitting. Vibrated right off the bolts, I guess. Maybe worth checking if you haven't...

Hah! Wait till your front header breaks the flange in the middle of a wheelie! But that was a Micron.

Check the bolt that holds the front exhaust strap to the bottom of the motor... I lost mine, and that's why I sheared a stud.
