I haven't seen to much on this compared to March Badness and I just wanted to remind the badweb. Attention: Buelltoberfest is only 20 or so days away. I will be leaving out from Dallas, TX on Wednesday 10/1 in the morning riding to Suches, GA. I expect to stop over in Meridian, MS at the KOA and then make it into Two Wheels Only (Suches) by Thursday evening. The gathering goes from 10/3 - 10/5. There will be the usual suspects C3,NEBO, etc... There will also be a KTM demo truck on hand and a major Ducati round up going on that same weekend @ TWO. If anyone wants to meet up along the way, feel free to contact me. I will be traveling by Uly so bring your gear for camping. Buelltoberfest......hmmmm. Seems like I've heard about that somewhere.  I keep having these gaps in my memory......happens about T.W.O. times a year. Has been especially prevalent the last couple of years.....in the fall and seems like something in the spring too.  There have been some rumbling here in East Tennessee about it, seems like some excitement or something. must find some ben-gay for working out sore stiff muscles between the ears | ||

Thanks for the reminder! I will be in Elejay Ga. that week visiting my 76 year old ridin buddy. We will have to stop by even if I'm riding the Geezer Glide. The Buell is still in the shop!! | ||

A few questions and a request.... In March when I showed up to this thing for the first time I was very cautious, mainly because I didn't know anyone and I didn't know if my riding style would gel with the others here. Well that got all straighted out real quick. Between, (paintshaker, gentleman jon, smoke) and that half a dozen other riders out there... me ripping it up on a uly was no issues, but the one thing I didn't see with the sole exception of Paintshaker was anyone leading rides to see the country side. Paintshaker took a group to Deals Gap and we had a great time although two bikes went down in the process. So to the questions... besides the small loop that I went on that included Gixer corner, was there other ride loops going on. Will there be ride groups going out for farther rides then just the small loops around TWO? I have the Uly in Touring mode and will be riding the 1k mile ride out to Suches from Dallas. During preparation, I have been reading my RIDER mags and discovered a Clover Leaf style set of loops that extend out from TWO. Each loop round trip is not over 200 miles. Matter of fact I think one of them is barely 100 miles total. I was thinking of leading 3 rides, 1 on each day from Friday to Sunday. I will chose a different loops each day. I was just curious if anyone would be interested in a dedicated route that would enable us to see the countryside, but be back in time to go into Hooligan mode and blast the twisties when we get back. Also, I would very much like to be informed of local loops from the the groups that have frequented this area for the last 5-6 years. I don't mind following, but I would like to see the beauty before I shred it, if you know what I am getting at. Looks like the wives are getting involved for a few more of us. I will be trailering my Uly and Sandy's Blast for the weekend. It looks like we are hooking up with a couple of buddies and their spouses to share a cabin. Neverenough, are you and the wife gonna be there with the Blast? I want set up something like a ride for sight seeing /touring to Helen for lunch Saturday maybe? Neil...we will still need your ben-gay!  | ||

Etennuly - count me and Carlos in on a trip to Helen. As many times as I've been to Suches, I only rode to Blairsville on our first trip. Haven't been on a bike in Suches since. Where is the cabin you're staying at? We will have the one on Cooper's Creek and the other on Brown Mountain/Hwy 60. Kristi | ||

I jut finished getting all my ride loops posted up for the 3 days. Please feel free to review and let me know if anyone would like to ride along. I staggered the Day 2 loop start time so the riders will have more options. I believe New12r is leading a ride that morning.
