It's not a Hepco - at least not for the standard or Outdoorsman Ulysses cases (which are made by them).

those are the fehling racks made for the uly and sold by twisted throttle. i'm using them with givi cases. very nice.

by the way, twisted throttle also sells the fehling topcase rack also if that's what you're asking.
