On a “new” (holdover) 2007 Uly, what factory fixes. recalls, etc., should one expect the dealer already has done to the bike? Is there a listing somewhere of factory recalls or changes for the ‘07’s?

The only recall on the 07's was for relocation of the Bank Angle Sensor, and I believe this only applies to relatively early ones (pre-December 06 build date maybe?). The recall relocated the BAS from the area next to the ECM to the far rear of the underseat compartment.

Might also want the new style clutch cable holder, the 2006-most 2008 have the old one that looks like a bent paperclip and breaks. The new one looks like a bent crow bar and wont break. ( http://www.badweatherbikers.com/cgibin/discus/show .cgi?142838/362791 )

My paper clip hasn't failed.

I'm still running the original paper clip too at 12,500 miles. I took my bike in to get a suspect front isolator checked out on Saturday. They said the isolator was OK but ordered a new clutch cable (mine was weeping at the primary) and the new clutch cable holder too.

If the bike has the tall windscreen, make sure the lower push pin type fasteners have been replaced with screw fasteners. There was a recall on this but not performed on mine when purchased. Windscreen ended up flying off at about 2500 miles. Never was able to get the screen replaced (long story). Ended up buying a zero gravity from American Sport Bike. No regrets there.

I believe the early tall windscreens had a small flip at the top that increased wind resistance at the top, and produced more pressure at the bottom pins. The newer ones are more like the Zero Gravity screen, which I have. 21,000 miles with just the pins.
YMMV

The Buell tall shield that was on my bike did not have the small flip at the top. One thing I notice about the ZG shield is that it is thinner and does not weigh as much as Buell's does. I use the pins vice screws with the ZG. 30k now and no problems.
