i have another dumb ? but after reading the owners manuel i found that i need to change the tranny fluid what do i use and is the ams oil the same

Use formula+ in the trans. Anything else can result in stator damage.

Not to make this even more complicated, but some stator have went out when using only HD Formula+.

It still seems to be the best option.

...generally speaking, you can't go wrong with the manufacturer's recommendation, and if it does, you get to complain about warranty.
