Anyone else having this problem with their seat? It looks like a fitment issue to me. Should this be replaced under warranty?

Looks about like mine..I have about 1/2 inch gap...I start the seat all the way toward the rear then slide it forward to slip the two plastic prongs on the underside of the seat under the metal pins on the frame.

Just like mine too... I don't consider it flawed. I also think it odd that the tail sections on every Uly I've thought to check are offset to left of center of the rear tire.

If yours is too and the seat gap bothers you, don't let it. It's a Buell, not a Mercedes Benz.

Same fit, only doesn't look as bad on a black bike. I can't see it when I'm riding, so I don't care a bit.

Ditto here. My black'06 12X as well as the units at dealer all look like that.

"."I also think it odd that the tail sections on every Uly I've thought to check are offset to left of center of the rear tire."

I checked mine out today as per your comment above and mine is not off-center.
I have a very early build (July 05) so maybe that has something to do with it.

The throttle grip on mine sticks out further than the left hand grip. Noticed this when installing my modified CeeB windscreen handlebar hardware.

Buy a black one next time. It's not as noticeable.
