Author Message   Dr_greg Posted on Saturday, August 06, 2005 - 09:28 pm:        Took one of my favorite rides today, up to Taos (NM) via the "high road" (after drooling yesterday over the first XB12X my dealer got...with a "sold" sign already on it :-( Probably five miles of the best twisty mountain road was under construction...all dirt! The XB9R handled it well, but...hey, that's what the "Uly" is all about! Hopefully get a chance to demo the "X" at the BRAG Regional Rally in NM August 26-28 (local dealership owner will be riding an X and we're good buddies). The 9R was a joy to ride as always, but my poor ol' back is looking' forward to September 2007 (60th birthday; the wife says I can get an X).   Truk Posted on Saturday, August 06, 2005 - 09:38 pm:        Time for some Heli bars on the XB9R...
