Have an 09 1125r with clutch issues, among other things. Turns this port was never completely drilled through to the cylinder. Does anyone know the diameter of opening so I can finish it?

It's just full of hard deposits. Use a welder tip cleaner to knock the stuff out or sometimes a jewelers drill if the deposits are too hard.

The size isn't that specific, so start small. it's only meant to equalize the fluid pressure when the system is in neutral.

Couldn't get anything out so I went ahead and drilled it with a 1/16 bit. Definitely wasn't a hole there before so not sure how the previous owner rode this thing. Clutch is now working great.
