Bought a fiberglass RS tail with no seat pad. Does anyone know where I could source an oem seat? I am guessing I won't find a stock seat, so could someone measure their stock one?

RS do not have a seat. It is just a piece of foam rubber glued directly to the tail section. So just find some firm foam rubber and cut it to whatever size and shape you desire.

that kind of foam would probably work well. Just trim it so size.

The pad that is on the RS is a 3M foam product.
That might help you in the right direction as far as sourcing a material.

Yeah I know it's foam.

I found this universal seat material but I don't know the dimensions of the stock pad. How long is it? How wide at the front and how wide at the rear? I like the stock one. How thick is the material?

13" long, 11.5" wide at the rear, 5" at the front. About 3/8" thick.

I've use this on many race bikes and my vintage bike...you can buy it in different thickness...purchase the "approved/suggested glue" to properly adhere it to the seat base...not very expensive...easy to cut with a band saw/scissors/elex carving knife, easy to form with a small sanding wheel (aka minicell foam)

looks like nrs.com doesn't sell minicell in assorted thickness any more ...you can find it on amazon in various thickness.

No, that's different product. It is not racing seat padding, those things are for comfort not for racing.

You just need to cut foam to the shape you need and glue it with rubber glue on the seat. With racing style seat you can be creative and cut any pattern from the foam to make it looks good.
