Just finished installing this on my SX.
Everything fit well with a little ingenuity. I secured the front straps by reaming a hole through the nylon webbing and threading the front 2 airbox cover screws through it. The rear two straps attach with velcro mounted under the seat (can provide more photos if needed). This set up allows me to attach my US10 dry pack and use it as a tank bag. The alloy straps can be reused at the passenger pillion to convert the system to a tail bag.

In the past I have mounted straps with bolts by putting a hole in the strap. I lay the strap on a piece of wood. Then heat the back of a drill bit with a small torch. Then holding the bit with vice grips I push it through the strap. It melts through and binds the threads of the webbing together so that the hole is finished.

That's another good way to do it. I'll try that next time.
