Is the ohlins rear shock that Al at American Sportbike was selling six years ago or so work on a 1190sx? I think the model number was BU 788.

If so would anyone have any recommendations on who to contact about having it revalved and sprung to provide a more comfortable and street oriented ride?

thanks,
Rob

Thanks for the information.

Skntpig, did you have to adjust the shock's length? How does it compare to the stock unit?

I had Mike aka Thermosman rebuild mine along with Ohlins 30mm cart forks. He set the length and I haven't touched it.
