I clarified in another thread . . . . but this is how inaccurate rumors get started.

The Press Release came from Liquid Assets Partners. There is no EBR, at present, and they are the firm that owns certain assets and is scrambling trying to find a buyer.

The good news is that they have committed to have 2016 EBR bikes available for sale in about 1,000 hours . . .just 6 weeks from now.

That promise makes me think they have someone with the resources ready, willing and able to make the move.

Good news for all !

And, it also says they are more dedicated to selling the franchise whole, than to "parting it out" and killing it.

Either way, it's a smart business move. As I said in one of the other threads - an investor will pay more for a rental property that has tenants (and thus, income), than they would for a vacant one. I'm sure a functioning, licensed, and certified motorcycle PRODUCER will bring more money than a bunch of folks in an office, and some parts, and some IP.

...and if there is no buyer on the horizon, hopefully LAP has the resources and drive to continue production until said buyer comes along.

It sounds to me like the right folks have the helm, for the moment. Go Erik (and go Kim, keep keeping him in line)!!
