If some of you wana-be comics can hold your tongues...(and your day jobs).!

The dealer I bought my RX from has gotten the part numbers and prices of all of the EBR parts currently available for purchase. Even tires with EBR part numbers..!

I've ordered a hand full of parts for my possible, "down the road" need. Got a couple in hand.

The dealers name is "On Track Powersports".
They're in SoCal.

I'm not sure if it's legal to post phone numbers or web sites here, so I won't.
But they do have a website you can type the name (above) into your favorite search engine, and their web site will come up..

I haven't counted, but the parts manager said there is over 800 part numbers available.

I have their ok to post this to help any of you as you may need.

Drive on...

Mike

Holy cow ... i Just priced some parts:

I was interested in the toothless idler pulley for installation on my 1125r race bike. When the dealer quoted the $179.00 price, I just laughed. I will just use the $20.00 McMaster Carr version.

Does anyone know if the EBR Slider Block # G0012.1B7 is the same as the one used for the EBR chain drive kits?

I'm not 100% certain of this, but I believe that my research has exhibited that:
- ".1B7" parts are parts introduced on the 1190RX/1190SX
and
- ".1B6" parts are parts introduced on the 1190RS

Based on my (somewhat limited) research, I'd expect the 1190RX/1190SX part to be different than the EBR chain drive kits.

I hope I'm wrong (but this is a sucky time for my internet to be down),

I ordered one to see if it is the same as the 1125R chain drive kit. This one of those wear items that are no longer available if EBR remains shut down.

This would apply to tubers, XBs, 1125s, and EBRs, but there seem to be various "catalog" automotive parts used, such as the Mustang TPS. HD and the EBR judge may have the reference data under wraps, but it would be nice at some point to have the official interchange list published. There probably would be some liability involved: the crappy similar oil filter blew up the engine, etc., but it would still be nice to be able to keep the bikes on the road.

I was looking at some other parts .... the EBR Fuel PUMP is P0130.1B7 ... the 1125 pump is P0130.1AMJ ... The pumps look identical in the pictures I have found and the EBR service video.

Difference is $624 for EBR and $250 for Buell part which is still available from Harley.

I should have also stated that the new EBR part has a higher pressure and flow rating. I know because a guy who had issues with fuel lights on all the time experimented with the harely part while waiting for the EBR part, and it (the HD part) throws a low fuel pressure code in the RX. So RX pump in 1125R = YES 1125 pump in RX/SX = NO

The pump portion of the assembly is available all over the place for $20 .. the stats are:

Operating Pressure: 15-90 PSI - final fuel pressure set by regulator
Flow: 140-160 Liter Per Hour, at 3.0Bar/13.5V

So I assume the regulator on the 1190 is different.

Can you get the fuel pump at high flow? EBR is not listed, but maybe they can match it. I got one for my X1 for $69 versus multiple hundreds at HD.

The 1125 Service manual says Fuel Pressure at IDLE should fluctuate between 380-415 kPa ...

I just went out an started my RX and brought up the diagnostic screen ... Fuel pressure was fluctuating between 395-405 -- looks the same to me. If the regulator on the 1125 fuel pump assembly is set to maintain 400 kBa I don't see why it wouldn't work .. the pump itself should easily support it.

What really sucks is that the 1125 service manual is 1000x better than the USB stick from EBR .. I can't believe EBR dealerships did not have documentation better than what is on that USB stick.

At idle....what about at wot? More displacement demands more fuel, no? Plus the 1190 has those shower heads. It is supposed to get better mileage then the 1125, so maybe I'm headed down the wrong path.

Btw what kind of mileage are you 1190 owners getting?

EBR dealers had quite a bit more information available to them than what is on the USB stick.

LJM, it MUST be aerodynamics : p.

As for the chain parts, the idler chain is the only thing that might be similar, and they changed it on the RX/SX to make less whine than the RS. The front sprocket on the EBRs carries the Cush drive, whereas the 1125 chain conversion does not have a Cush drive. The rear sprockets have completely different bolt spacing.

AF1 Racing can also get the available parts. I just ordered and received many of the EBR's wear items that are unique to the brand. Not everything is available, but everything I wanted was. AF1 also shipped me a part I had ordered right before the receivership.

Also, wondered what Rob W. saw as wear items for the RS given he has used his harder than most of us. Would like to buy some of those as well.

Hey All,

Anyone know where I can find a 'Guard, Radiator, Black' part number Q0011.1B7YT? I've got one in hand, but need a second. I have absolutely no reason to doubt the dealer I bought it from saying it was the last one available, but for grins I called On Track Powersports yesterday - and they couldn't get it.

If the part number in the service manual stick would've been accurate, I probably would've had a set of 2 months ago...

For the "what it's worth" column...

Check the prices with the "On Track" guys before buying from AF1.
It might be a mild surprise. It was to my purchase's. That is unless money is no object...not a huge amount difference, but enough to make it obvious.

LJM, I picked up several chain rubs, a front sprocket, and an idler sprocket. I also got the radiator guard I had ordered right before the receivership. It looks like you and I were thinking along the same lines. Many of the other wear items are not unique. The 1125's and even other brands are sources for parts. Af1 is not my local dealer. I have one dealer 20 minutes away, and one maybe 45 minutes away. I drove more than 3 hours to have AF1 service my EBR 1190RX, as they have a good reputation, while the closer dealers have poor reputations. I have received absolutely exceptional customer service from AF1, and I will openly admit I can be hard to please. AF1 had emailed me to inform me they could get parts. I won't say money is no object, but I will certainly pay more to support the good service from my dealer of choice.

I like the fire-sale prices I have seen lately, but really concerned about the risk of service/support after the sale. I would presume Erik will return under some incarnation at some point to sell service stuff like they were doing when EBR first opened.

Plus, what difference is going to make whether Erik is open for business or not, the parts are coming from the same outlet (or two).

Plus these aren't "fire sale" prices..! They are original EBR prices, at least the On Track PowerSports prices are.

Just an FYI;

NRHS EBR can still get many parts and we offer 10% off MSRP. But understand the supplies are becoming extremely limited so I would not wait if you need something because once they are gone there is a good chance you will not be able to find them again.

NONE of the EBR parts for older models like 1125s and XBs are available nor the EBR "race" parts .Only stock replacement parts for the 1190 EBRs. Sorry

I'm looking into more tooth sprockets myself, or actually someone is looking into it for me.
Supposedly some/many of the normal sprocket manufacturers will build custom versions.

I'll post the info when I find out.

aaah, so big brother RX got the brake scoops, and they put radiator and oil guards on the SX to keep it from being jealous?

Then why did the RS get an oil cooler guard but no radiator guards?

The oil cooler is in direct line of the tire.
The water coolers are not..!

Both kinda useless to me..! As I posted in another forum...I "try" not to run over rabbits and squirrels.
These guards do little for small chunks of rubber, paper or any gravel. MAYBE rocks if they are large enough..!

They just add more weight..!

The oil cooler is in direct line of the tire on the RX also. Not trying to be argumentative! I just don't follow that logic.

SX: radiator and oil cooler grills
RS: oil cooler grill
RX: no grills

All three bikes have the same radiator and oil cooler mounting position and basic exposure to hazards from the front. I am curious why the difference.

probably cost and finish related. The SX looks unfinished without the guards, whereas their lack of presense is not overly noticed on the RX.
