Looking at some of the pre release intermot bikes, I have noticed some models have two tail pipes vaguely similar to the ebr design. Most notably the BMW S1000rr. I wonder if this is a case of EBR's idea being used.

Its been used in two strokes and other applications for quite awhile. It is not a new technology. It is new to modern superbikes.
