Turns out, it's hot in Texas. And it also turns out that a 2008 XT with 33k miles can be showroom perfect. Dang.

Roadkill smells worse in Texas. These two observations may be related.

It was hotter last month. Your pic didn't show up. Where you be in Texas?

I was in Houston, trying to use an IPhone to post. It almost worked... Lovely ride, but a bit rushed. Good for the first time there riding, but I want more time in the future to find some more interesting backcountry.

I found the other threads detailing your visit with BuelerXT. That is one nice Uly you bought! I met Mike again at the CMRA races in Angleton, TX and was amazed at how nice that Uly is. I know who to talk to about cleaning tips. Glad to hear you made it back.

No kidding. I already sent him a couple questions about how he kept it so nice.

And Sunday I washed a Uly for the first time ever (in spite of owning a uly for something like 5 years now : ) ). I guess I have to keep this one clean.
