I know that when I first got my S1 and the fluid was changed for the first time it was milky. I asked a HD mechanic and he recommended that I tape up my clutch cable where the adjuster is located about halfways on the cable. Despite the rubber pieces being there water can enter. I used a rubber type electrical tape that marine vessels use on outside electrical connections such as antennas, etc, etc. When I did this my sporttrans fluid never turned milky again.
