Huntin a factory service manual for my recent first time purchase of a " non traditional" HD.My pan n shovels n ironheads aren't sure if they want to share space,lol.SOMEBODY out there has to have a manual,theres none on evilbay for a 2000.I'm Fla/Ga area,somebody make me a copy at kinkos or burn a disc or somethin.Need the skinny on rebuildin a regular fork,heard there was certain procedure not like a showa narrowglide,etc. I got paypal and zelle and will be huntin other pieces,mostly stock, so if you got some take offs let me know, Also DO NOT pitch the stock carbs ,send em to me,I will wake them up,EXCELLENT street carb,nothin better other than MIK HSR.If it coughs and spits ALOT, CHANGE YOUR INTAKE SEALS! 10K max. All the Buell forks I’ve done are upside down on the s1. On those, you can squeeze in the seals with some good grease, no need for a driver. I use 7wt maxima because I’m 250lb. 1 liter should do both forks, about $18 shipped on amazon.

thanks WSR but these are normal forks take 1pnt each..I gotta do this and intake seals to get it road worthy,[ imo] then find the other issues at 30k i t allneeds gone through, conditions will tell me how the bike has been ridden. i checked out buell mods and am gonna download that BUT only the 2002 ms manual is listed.. i tend to get the factory repair manual for any bike theres a chance of me keeping, although i want a 97 98 S3T badly..
