Could anyone shed light on what are the best bet for front and rear isolators on a '91 RS1200 please?

The options appear to be later Buell parts, L0405.9 (left), L0404.9 (right) and L1501.8 (front).

Or Harley numbers 16207-79D (front) and 47564-86B (rear).

The Buell numbers seem way more expensive and I am not sure the later rear isolators will fit. (I understand with modification they will fit an S2 frame).

What's the opinion on the way forward please? Thanks.

Note that the old style rear isolators will split sooner tor later. Have not seen the new style break on any of my S3, S2, nor RS1200 Buells. So, I recommend the new style.

Note you will need to shave a bit of the metal off the rear isolators, (Shiny strips in photo), see photos in my post of when I replaced the front and rear of my 1989 RS1200;

Note the discussion concerning the front isolator. After this post I replaced it with the newest part.

Thanks, that is the exactly what I was looking for. I know a guy who has fitted the new style isolators to an S2, so I think an RS should be similar.
