I'm in desperate need of help trying to get my Buell up and running again it needs a a clutch something horrible. My motor could use a refreshing I driven it a good hard hard 6000 miles it is the funnest machine I've ever had. But unfortunately I was supposed to be going to the latest anniversary and rally here in Milwaukee with my youngest brother he passed away 3 weeks ago so I'm supposed to be going with his son who took over his bike when unfortunately I need help with mine getting it dismantled and reassembled so I can get on a Dyno and give it a really great tuning. If anybody's got heads that they would like to sell for a decent price or possibly even donate. Any availabile space and help from an experience Buell biker mechanic willing to help. Any advice or help would be truly appreciated.

If you use Thunderstorm heads there more to it than just heads. You need thunderstorm heads, thunderstorm pistons, thunderstorm cams, thunderstorm module + top-end gaskets to work right.I bought kit 6 yrs. ago also came with new cylinders too.but module was extra all together $1600

I purchased a tunable ECM from IDS that took care of any tuning issues.

New valvetrain, roller rockers, push rods , lifters, and cams. Strong enough springs to go to a .600 lift. Picking the right cams is the tricky part. I have enough money for all parts and gasket kits, and some labor funds put away. Labor help truly needed.

That head is a bit high, gonna have to pass on it. Still looking for full set of thunderstorm heads, or at least a front cylinder head for the thunderstorm.

I have some pairs of Thunderstorm heads - new/used - complete or bare. Send a pm and I'll provide some pricing.
S1/early or late S3/X1/S1W/SE Bolt-in, Andrews N4 - all have nearly identical lobe profiles and all will work well with Thunderstorm heads.
There are also options which permit the successful use of flat top (non-Thunderstorm) pistons with Thunderstorm heads

Hey Dennis
Looks like you're off to a good start.

Once you find a good front, we'll have a set to work with since I have a rear head.

When you send me your heads, I'll refund you the core charge and I'll have a set on the shelf to turn around.

"PM " stands for Performance Machine.

They made some of the wheels and brake calipers on the tubers.

Around here, it is traditional when someone helps you, to send them wheels and/or brake calipers.

so "Send a PM"...
