I picked up an S1W out of Indiana last summer that may have came from Illinois. It came with an additional tank that had been covered in tiger striped material and the PO told me that the original owner ride to Sturgis with it like that.

Anyone recall this S1W? He said it may have been in a Battle2Win issue. I looked through the copies I have but no dice.

Heh. For a long time, there was a zebra-japbike zooming around in my neck of the woods.
They used to do that sort of thing to cover up damage.
The zebrabike changed hands several times but stayed in the blackstone valley area for years.
I think it was like a community first bike.
