Can someone please provide me the torque spec on the 4 bolts that hold the stator/Rotor to the front primary sprocket.
Mine sheared and I have new bolts in place but need to know the torque needed in inch lbs

Per my '01 X-1 service manual:

Place a section of pipe bigger in diameter than the rotor hub over the hub and press the rotor onto the sprocket. Tighten the bolts to 90-110 in/lbs.

Bolts from Harley D already had thread lock on them!

Remember that is INCH-POUNDS, less than ten foot-pounds. I always clean the threads out with a toothpick or q-tip and starting fluid to give the loctite a good grip on them.

How long have the bolts been on a shelf? That loctite could be dried out and turn to dust when you thread the bolts. I always - especially on vital AND hard to access fasteners - use fresh liquid loctite on assembly. Blue dust does nothing to hold a fastener in place...not like loctite is expensive or hard to apply...
