Aren't Blast bars and S3 bars the same?

As I recall, the width of the lower part of the bend, where the clamps go, is a couple inches wider on the S3T bars, and the clamping knurls are a inch or so wider apart. Usually not a problem. Reportedly the S3 bars are slightly different dimension than S3T, like an inch less rise.
The part number list for the different handlebars is kind of unclear.
