Did anybody ever make a rear tire hugger in carbon fiber for a cyclone?

Yes they did I have one on my bike, a 99 M2. Not sure where it came from it was on the bike when I bought it. I think it came from American Sport bike. Have no idea where they got it from.

make sure if you do find one, they are different for steel and newer cast swingarms.

You can tell when you look at them because the mounts on the aluminum swingarm are vertical, and the mounts on the brake side are horizontal. The Aluminum huggers also have a little nub thing that sticks out in front of the tire.

I found four sites listing them as available, but I didn't like add it to my cart or anything. Here's the first one:

If you have an aluminum swing arm, an x1 should fit. Same swingarm.
