Walker 41002 $50 and eBay baffle $50 and 2.5 exhaust clamp will change to $30 P clamp soon = $130 sounds like old $500 D&D.

That's not much of an exhaust : ) why not pick up a glass pack "cherry bomb" instead? They're cheap enough, if that's your primary consideration. I know a guy who had one on his M2. Sounded pretty good.

The 41005 was actuall $16. Glass pack is good idea. My rear bracket is in CA if that would bolt up - good option. Maybe next version.

It's looking okay ,but you really have to do something with the VR wires.

The VR is grounded through the casing to the frame. The severed wire is a redundant ground. I can cut it and not have any problem. My oil pressure wire had same problem. I think the wires just too close to exhaust and they tend to degrade. As long as it runs good I ride - I do care too much about looks. 57k miles and climbing. I had an S2 -I like those - only problem was the fiberglass, but very reliable.
