I am looking at options for my exhaust muffler. Currently using the V&H SSR2, I like the muffler, but want to see what else is out there. I am having a hard time finding anything new. Thanks in advance.

I had an SSR2 until it completely disintegrated all over North Georgia.

I now have a SuperTrapp and LOVE it. Much better made and you can dial in the sound/backpressure with the disks.

I also really like the Supertrapp. I can get you one for $530 if you need which is 10% off MSRP.

Twin Motorcycles sells some more new production options as well. They're in the vendor section.

I ride a lot, do hard miles.
I like the D&D i got from a member. Heaviest muffler i've seen but looks like it will last.
i cracked two stainless mufflers, had one half fall off ( held on by front mount.
I've read here that D&D are loud, but not the case here, i've always owned Harleys since the 70's this is one of the quiter pipes. & performs well strong mounted.

Did you have to buy the new front updated muffler bracket and also the rear Z bracket? I am wanting to buy the D&D but heard you need both of those.
