After 4k miles I broke the front motor mount again. When I got home the hone bracket and Vance hanes exhaust bracket broken. I order new front and rear mounts motor mounts from a HD dealer. How hard are the rear mounts to install ?
Any good ideas how to mount the end of the v/c exhaust end now that rear mount is gone ?

Front motor mount and where it mounts on the motor need to be milled so they are flat they will have a very small arch to them which will cause the motor to rock and break the motor mount.
The rear isos are not hard just require patients

FIX THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM!!!
When your front mount broke the first time did you make sure the faying surfaces were flat an in the same plane as S1owner above mentioned? If not you will keep breaking mounts.

Also, be certain that the mounting bolts are not "bottoming out". If they are, you can achieve a proper torque reading but not adequate clamp load - which is one of the leading reasons for motor mount failure.

The stenzel bar will not keep your motor mount from busting. What will is proper faying of the surface and proper install get the 101 from buellistic.

I've had a Stenzel bar on my M2 for about two years? done 20k kilometres with it on & like it i could feel the steering was a lot better bike handles a lot better. it stops motor & gear box moving toward front & rear of bike. if you lift your front wheel off ground & take the forks in your hands lift or pull & push front end like you would to check steering head bearing. & look at your front lower motor mount stabiliser you will see it move. then fit a Stenzel Bar do same thing the stabiliser won't move. i can see how the stencil bar would help support engine mounts it's a good thing.

+1 on the "Stenzel Stütze"
You can do a search on it. A BadWebber was making a similar version of the bar not too long ago.

Foximus was building Stenzel bars last year. Here is the link where I bought mine. I don't know if he is still making them.

A friend, who road raced ( on a race track ) a X1 road my M2 as it was stock, commented on handling & how the X1 handled better. i fitted new Bridgstone battle ax tires Had Michelin on it when he road it. put the extra front top stabiliser on, put billet front engine mount & stenzle bar it felt like a different bike. gave my friend a ride he got excited loved how it handled. 20,000 latter i'm still happy. no broken front engine mount bolts or engine mount rubber & i ride on rough surface roads.
