i tried to find it on the forum

Are the Inner diam. on the Xb and Tubers Rear pulley the same , i can get a custom XB 59 teeth , the problem of the number of holes it's solved

I don't think they are, but it's possible. You're better off looking for a Euro-spec rear pulley, as IIRC they are 55 teeth. Or you could keep your 61 teeth rear and put in an XB12 Primary gearing, which is about 12% lower IIRC for more top end.

Hi Phelan , i have both pulleys 55 & 61 Teeth , i love the 61 teeth , but to ride around 300 miles on a highway it's not great, for that reason i think the 59 teeth will be a good option

You could weld the holes and redrill for your bolt patern its been done

I plan to get a similar result, but through different methods. I'm planning on another XB wheel conversion (my last S2 had XB wheels as well), and then adding the XB12 Primary gearing. The XB pully is 65 teeth, which will drop top end ~7%, but the XB12 primary gearing gears up the top end between 11 and 12%, which should put it close to stock gearing with a 59t pulley.

Yeah it's just the front gear (I forget the name of it, the one over the stator) and the chain. Use your existing clutch.
