Just picked up a 02 M2L for a steal of a deal. Had to save it before a chop guy got it. New muffler, front turn signals, license plate lights and mirrors and she's street legal. Fun part I didn't know about was the ez-out broken off in the exhaust stud. But 8-10 hrs and a dozen+ dremel bits and she's rolling. Now I have a last year tuber and XB.

That's one of the things on my change list. Need the extra knee room.

Looks like a good deal...
I'm surprised to see black engine outer covers, was that ever stock on M2? Maybe going for a Harley look black & chrome, & are those flames on the tail piece? Looks like several opportunities to tailor it to yourself.

Sound of the Dremel always makes me wince, sounds like the dentist's office...

I've been trying to figure out if the black engine is factory or something a previous owner did. There is a kind of real flame design on the tail that was sprayed on right over the decals and a Darth Vader face on the windscreen. Trying to decide if I want to change the color, never been a big fan of black bikes.

Nice deal, now you have to paint it dandelion yellow to go with your handle.

(That's an English joke, you'll have to google it.)
