I saw the recall, but that means I need a new front mount.

Possibly, dont waste the time, get a billet mount from American Sport Bike and new bolts, get the hanger bolt if needed, remember the D washer too.
the motor mount 60 ft per the manual
the hanger bolt 100~110 per the manual

I use red locktite on all of them.

}BTW Clyde I think that the page you put up is for the rear isolators & swing arm

Still waiting on my FSM, but I've got this job ahead of me plus changing the rear isolators...looks like good times ahead.

Like always, you guys were right !!! I was looking at the torque for the "side isolator bolts" not the front mount to head bolt. The torque spec page had it listed, but not the assembly procedure section. It says 73-78 ft-lbs, no oil on washer, or special torque procedure. I think I goofed when it said if front isolator removed, it only meant removed from frame, not removed from head.

Update- Was putting my grade 8 bolts in just to move around the shop, till new bolts came in, bolt stopped getting tight but kept turning, Ran a chaser & pulled out what looks like an old helicoil. What do I do now, is it safe to put a new helicoil in the head??
