FYI: stock HD/Buell circlips are too thick to fit into the groove on NRHS pistons.

I just learned that today, and it's gonna end up delaying me by about a week.

I'm surprised the local HD shop doesn't have some in stock. If it remains a problem let me know. The one near me had them while I was rebuilding mine.
That brings me to - don't forget to plug the cylinder holes with rags before trying to install the clips. It may not have hurt to order extra clips in the event one shoots across the garage and into an alternate dimension.
You have one cylinder with polished fins and the other without. Is that intentional? FWIW, they sand off easily. I used a sander from Harbor Freight. Pics are buried in the S2 folder or PM me if need be.

Easy-rider, great idea; got 'er done tonight. The front jug is from a Cyclone. I wanted to keep everything standard 3.5 inch bore so I just honed both jugs to a light cross hatch and re-ringed it. I will dress those fins down by hand when I detail the bike.
