I've been concentrating on a rebuild and not keeping up, but here's the latest S3 Owners list. We're now just short of 50 owners. Send any additions/updates to S3_Owners@comcast.net.
Thanks,
Roger

Just in time X1_. I was just about to post the list with other updates. I should consider checking S3_Owners@comcast.net before posting a bump!

I was thinking about this but why not make it open to all tuber's S3,X1,M2, even those lowly S2 people(just kidding of course). I mean we are all on in the same we all ride the beast that is the Buell Tuber, sure we bitch and complain but we all love the bike otherwise we wouldn't ride it.
Im sure it would be a fun event if we could get a dealer involved(Bloomington, IN Buell)it would be awesome as there is good riding and awesome people and pretty cool places around there and they have awesome buell support.

haha I love it! Wheels: N/A - Classic!

In a few months, be ready to change that to Body: Denim Black \ Frame: Candy Red \ Wheels: Black Chrome

Mix it up for most tubers is cool with me-some County fairgrounds somewhere with camping availability, showers, and food to make it a 2-3 day thing?

Bloomington, Indiana is a beautiful place with a lot of great roads to ride. I'm foolish enough to think that we could name a place and a date and let everyone fend for themselves. The S2 riders spent some time planning a gathering, and from what I can tell it caused a little bit of a drain on the organizers. They even started planning last year, so getting something together at that level may not be achievable within this riding season. I'd like to lead the charge to see what could be done but right now I don't have that in me. I haven't even taken the time to join Homecoming, so I'm probably not the right guy, anyway!
If someone would like to lead the way and it happens in Indiana, I'll help and support as much as I can. Just don't let my wife know or all my extras will be at the swap meet!

Well, I could possibly take the lead but it would be in N. Illinois. The Co. Fairground venue is already familar with this exact activity so there would be little more to do than; a.)Make contact w/ fairgrounds.
b.)Figure on the fees.
c.)Make sure their Lions Club would be able to man the food station.

Here is how it works now: Vendors arrive on Friday night/ Saturday Morn. for set-up. Open to the public sales begin about 2 pm Sat. aft. until 8pm. Sunday morn. from 7:30-3.
Food: Lions Club mans the grills/food lines/cash boxes Sat. 5-7 dinner, Sunday morn. breakfast.

$5 a head @ the gate, $25 for each vendor includes one space/one table, $5 for each additional table, $10 for Sat. camping.

Then, we need all the volunteers for working the gate, Security, cleaning bathrooms/showers, etc...
