I know that there is another thread on here about seats but it didn't answer what I was looking for....

I have a 98 cyclone and want to know if the later, more comfortable looking seats will bolt up easily?

Any other suggestions for the tiny seat I have right now?

I will apologize in advance for the more than likely JV question here.

99-02 seats will only fit the 99-02 tail piece, however 99-02 tail piece will fit 97-98 bikes and vice-versa : )

Buy the late-model seat/tail on the bay and sell me your old setup!

If you are looking to change to the larger seat, I'll trade you for mine. BUT, I have hacked up my tail section, since my heels were interfering with the stock plastic.

If you are interested, please PM me.
