Another new complaint/appeal. The math is stark and obvious. The 2020 absentee ballot rejection rate of 0.34% is less than 1/10th that of 2018 ballot rejection rate which was 3.46%. This is likely due to greatly relaxed machine signature matching and suspect manual review.

Blake, it's entirely possible that mail gets processed in New York for Pennsylvania since the USPS has a distributed network that isn't tied to one state. Mail picked up in Lancaster might be sent to Utica if that's the node in the area.

In fact, there have been years in the 21st century where I could send express overnight mail from one end of a building next door to the main Post Office in Rochester NY, to a business in the Same Building, and that item is flown to West Virginia, sorted, flown back to Rochester, and delivered. Total distance over a thousand miles to go 40 feet.

Even a simple letter to your next door neighbor goes from your mailbox, to your local Office, to a sorting facility or more, then back to your local office, then might be driven 40 miles before it's put in his box on the same pole.

So it's entirely possible ( I have not researched this specific case ) that tens of thousands of ballots were sent as fast as possible, from New York to Pennsylvania, with a truck driver who is just told to hurry up & get these there! ( contract companies drive trucks with the mail from facility to facility, it's both cheaper, and good for American business ) He or she wouldn't get a briefing on postal routing details.

It's also possible the ballots were printed, faked, and stored out of possible reach of PA honest cops and voting officials, until called for by the Evil Masterminds of The Bipartisan Trump Hating cabal.

Republican Never Trumpers and Democratic Socialists working together! It's inspiring! Like Orcs and Goblins.

Patrick,

Agreed on the NY to PA ballots issue, might be absentee ballots for PA residents working in NYC area too, but it is strange that the guy got a run-around at Harrisburg, where they wouldn't give him a slip there vouching for his time.

Meh. I doubt a nefarious actor would use the USPS to perpetrate fraud.

Hogs:

C'mon, man. Why did they prevent the opponents watchers from scrutinizing the mail-in ballots? Too many eyewitnesses and videos prove that doing so was impossible from the assigned corals.

Scott Adams had an interesting take on the whole election fraud accusation. He challenged anyone to name an instance where people with a mongo compelling motive and massive opportunity to get away with a crime didn't do it.

Blake, very odd and suspicious behaviour by the Postal supervision. That the mail moves from State to State isn't weird. But that report is.

So far, I have no reason to believe the constantly repeated claims that there wasn't fraud. That's a clearly partisan lie. There was fraud. Normally, the question is, "was there Enough to change the results?". But with a full court press propaganda campaign from these people? I must assume there was enough, or they wouldn't be so obviously stone wall that there was None.

State election officials must follow written state law and whatever their courts require regarding mail in ballots and everything else about the election procedure. Since the court cases regarding mail in ballot observers varied by state, you will have to follow the individual cases.

So sorry, I could not find a link to a free viewing of this 2015 Veep episode (s4e7) which "foretold 2020 presidential election recount". It does sound entertaining.

-h0gwash

Count votes? Halt vote counting? Veep got there five years ago.
By Alissa Wilkinson

With President Trump and his supporters alternately calling for more vote counting and a halt to vote counting, depending on where they are in the country, life once again imitates art — and by art, I mean Veep.

The scene in question is from the fourth episode of the HBO comedy’s fifth season, titled “Mother.” President Selena Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) is attempting to win a presidential election for the first time; she became president after her predecessor’s resignation. But in the season four finale, which aired in 2015, the 2016 presidential election ends in an Electoral College tie: 269-269. (A candidate, as we know well, must reach 270 electoral votes to be elected president.)

A tie in the Electoral College — in Veep as well as in reality — means the election is decided by the House of Representatives in early January. Each state’s delegation to the House gets one vote. Whoever is selected by at least 26 of the states wins.

So as season five begins, President Meyer is courting members of Congress (no easy task, with the holidays occurring between the November election and the January decision date). However, Meyer lost the swing state of Nevada by less than half a percentage point, which in that state triggers a recount of the vote. As the recount is occurring, it becomes clear that an anti-Meyer postal worker hoarded 10,000 absentee ballots, which the team believes to be from a pro-Meyer district, so the count must include those new absentee ballots.

Including the new ballots would require the recount to extend past the legally mandated deadline, but Meyer’s team is highly motivated to get those ballots counted. So they file an injunction with the Nevada Supreme Court to delay the deadline until every ballot can be counted.

That’s where the episode that this now-viral clip appears in picks up. (The clip consists of spliced-together scenes from the episode.) Meyer’s team, headed by her old law school friend Karen Collins (Lennon Parham), is arguing that the deadline should be delayed, and the court grants the injunction. But then the team discovers that the newly discovered votes are military ballots, which are likely to favor Meyer’s more conservative rival, Bill O’Brien.

So they flip their position and return to the Supreme Court, with Collins now arguing against the former position and requesting that the original deadline be reinstated — much to the judge’s consternation.

While all of this is happening inside the Nevada courtroom, Meyer aides Amy Brookheimer (Anna Chlumsky) and Dan Egan (Reid Scott) notice that a pro-O’Brien protest outside the court seems to be astroturfed — that is, made up of people being paid to protest the recount by O’Brien’s camp. They decide to set up a counterprotest, demanding that every vote be counted, and put Jonah Ryan (Timothy Simons) and Richard Splett (Sam Richardson) in charge. But, of course, as the campaign’s position changes, the protesters have to flip their own demands.

The episode’s events now feel eerily prescient — as do a frightening number of things on Veep. But the comparison also helps clarify the absurdity of calling for an end to counting ballots in one location while simultaneously urging the count to continue elsewhere. It’s not a position based on the principles of democracy or the law (or, seemingly, even logic). It’s just a power play, and everyone involved likely knows this.

In the end, Meyer loses the election. (And so, hilariously, does O’Brien, when through yet another Constitutional loophole it turns out that his running mate, Laura Montez, becomes president, instead of him.) But the episode is just one more piece of evidence that Meyer’s commitment is not to good governance or fair and free elections. Her only true constituent is herself.

season 5 episode 4 here's a recap

Not the first time life imitates art. The West Wing had a couple of such coincidences, and of course, 1984 is based on the Soviet evil and since reality has made the book seem rather tame at times.

Reportedly 17 other states and the President joining the Texas SCOTUS lawsuit against GA, PA, MI, and WI. I read the whole thing. Had a few typos, but the case looks solid to me.

I guess you need to go to a fancy law school and become mired in the swamp for decades to be able to figure how no harm comes from states running their Presidential elections ilegally and unconstitutionally.

Don't fall for the gaslighting folks. They are lying.

The corrupt globalist cabal is revealing itself for all to see. Texas' own giant swamp creature, Senator John Cornyn says he can't see a basis for one state to sue another over their illegally and unconstitutionally run national election. It was years ago that I said it was time for ol' John to be put out to pasture.

Some of the meat (the emphasis is mine):

16. In addition to injunctive relief for this election, Plaintiff State seeks declaratory relief for all presidential elections in the future. This problem is clearly capable of repetition yet evading review. The integrity of our constitutional democracy requires that states conduct presidential elections in accordance with the rule of law and federal constitutional guarantees.

38. Rather than augment safeguards against illegal voting in anticipation of the millions of additional mail-in ballots flooding their States, Defendant States all materially weakened, or did away with, security measures, such as witness or signature verification procedures, required by their respective legislatures. Their legislatures established those commonsense safeguards to prevent—or at least reduce—fraudulent mail-in ballots.

49. Pennsylvania’s election law also requires that poll-watchers be granted access to the opening, counting, and recording of absentee ballots: “Watchers shall be permitted to be present when the envelopes containing official absentee ballots and mail-in ballots are opened and when such ballots are counted and recorded.” 25 PA. STAT. § 3146.8(b). Local election officials in Philadelphia and Allegheny Counties decided not to follow 25 PA. STAT. § 3146.8(b) for the opening, counting, and recording of absentee and mail-in ballots.

53. Absentee and mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania were thus evaluated under an illegal standard regarding signature verification. It is now impossible to determine which ballots were properly cast and which ballots were not.

55. In addition, a great number of ballots were received after the statutory deadline and yet were counted by virtue of the fact that Pennsylvania did not segregate all ballots received after 8:00 pm on November 3, 2020. Boockvar’s claim that only about 10,000 ballots were received after this deadline has no way of being proven since Pennsylvania broke its promise to the Court to segregate ballots and co- mingled perhaps tens, or even hundreds of thousands, of illegal late ballots.

62. ... As explained supra, this much larger volume of mail-in ballots was treated in an unconstitutionally modified manner that included: (1) doing away with the Pennsylvania’s signature verification requirements; (2) extending that deadline to three days after Election Day and adopting a presumption that even non-postmarked ballots were presumptively timely; and (3) blocking poll watchers in Philadelphia and Allegheny Counties in violation of State law.

63. These non-legislative modifications to Pennsylvania’s election rules appear to have generated an outcome-determinative number of unlawful ballots that were cast in Pennsylvania. Regardless of the number of such ballots, the non-legislative changes to the election rules violated the Electors Clause.

Hogs,

Maybe you can take a stab at answering this point raised by a lawyer friend of mine addressing a mutual friend who is a staunch Democrat who despised Trump:

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Why not make use of our government officials to make Trump look really bad via a fact finding if your thesis is right. Then it's a blue sweep in the midterms. Agree?

It would make him look like a total fraud if there's nothing; otherwise, you have to worry if the shoe is on the other foot and there is a conspiracy like 75M Americans may believe.

Either way, if your conviction is that high, it's illogical to not want to see this come to a factual conclusion. Why not audit the envelopes and the elections computers?
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Doesn't everyone know why election auditing is being resisted tooth and nail by the Democrats and incompetent or corrupt officials like the GA Sec. of State? Massive fraud.

Hello Blake- I have said before that the legitimacy of the presidency is paramount, and I have encouraged those with evidence of voting fraud to forward it to those as appropriate. I do, though, very much dislike the wasteful use of taxpayer money to process expensive frivolous lawsuits/soft coup which this is kinda looking to be, especially following the Kraken. At least it seems they used spellcheck on this lawsuit.

I am curious as to what the current status is . . . . of the prior 70 lawsuits that Latihsa James has filed against the Trump family.

In my mind . . . I am picturing the symbol of Justice, the blindfolded jurist holding the scales. Our system of justice is based on being judged by "an impartial jury of one's peers".

When a person if actively foisting a campaign of hate against someone and then engages the power of their office and the public trust to simply "pursue" someone they would seem to have forfeited and therefore obviated all the benefits, checks and balances upon which our system is based in favor of a system of personal vigilante justice.

Just curious . . .

Anyway . . . I am trying to find where these 70 lawsuits stand.
