Can someone please point me in the right direction for fitting a square LED headlight in my tuber without damaging the brackets

It can't be any wider then the stock headlight shell and have holes for the mounting bolts. Also it's going to need a proper headlight shell with some threaded holes for the mounting bolts to hold onto. This will be your biggest problem. I did some research and most of the square LED headlights for sale don't have a headlight shell. Also if the headlight shell has a bottom style hardpoint [bolt] you can drill a hole in your lower triple tree and mount it there.
