I finally got my 2006 Uly running well (I think) after remapping the ECM (no trouble codes). But there is a clunk that appears whenever I shift into gear while the bike is on the hoist. Don't hear it in neutral, but it's there in every gear. It keeps time with the thump of the engine. Any suggestions? The bike has 25,000 miles, but has not been ridden hard or raced.

Assuming the primary chain tension is correct...
Are you doing this with the rear wheel elevated (free-wheeling)? If so, it may be normal driveline lash.
