09 ULY front cylinder spark plug keeps fouling.Removed and replaced the following with known good spares. Coil pack,spark plug,Ecm,and plug wire.

Problem resolved front injector removed and replaced.also repaired a knot on the WY & grey wire to the front injector.

Froggy fingers crossed maybe this might be the o2 light culprit between 70 & 80 mph.

Knot is wire break under the wire insulation. It looks like a bump on the wire

I will call this a fix. No more o2 code 13 and fouled spark plug. Repaired intermittent front Fuel injector wire has solved two problems.
