The subject is just my problem. I installed LED's for turn signals on my 01 X1, I got the ep-35 LED flasher relay also. Got everything wired up, and the left side works perfect, clicks at the right speed and works great, the left side not at all. The flasher clicks, and the signal comes on my dash like it is flashing, but both the lights on the right side don't light up. Is this a short somewhere in the wiring that would effect BOTH the front and back right turn signal? I need help! thanks for any input!

Using a voltmeter, check and make sure that the turn signal wire's polarity is correct, unlike regular bulbs, LEDs have a definite "positive" and "negative". Do the new LEDs light up when they are connected directly to a 12v source? If so, note which wire to the LED is + and which is -, then using the voltmeter, note which wire from the harness is + and -, and attach the LEDs accordingly.

Glad to hear it was something simple.
