I'm having a problem with my 2002 Buell Blast. About every 50 miles or so I've been having to remove my tailight cover to push my bulb further into the socket. It loosens due to the cheap plastic parts, extreme vibrations, and age in general. That's not the problem, I can deal with that. My problem is that while performing this task, the silver inner reflective piece that screws to the license plate plastic came completely loose. Which pulled the plug out from the socket. It's just a little three prong plug and looks like it would be just as easy as just plugging it back in. BUT IT'S NOT!!! Either it's not lining up correctly or the small space in the plastic for the socket is too tight to fit the plug. If anyone has ever been through this hell, please let me know how you overcame but another of the Blasts wonderful engineering.
