I'm putting a Uly LED tail light on my Lightning, the colors on the wires are different between the two models, I have a wiring diagram for my Lightning but nothing for the Uly.
Can someone tell me the color of the wire for the ground, tail light and brake light, on the Uly tail light assy.
Thanks.

Maybe someone can post a wiring diagram for the Uly (tried searching for one and couldn't find anything), now I'm wondering if there is 12V going to the tail light or if it is stepped down because of the LED?

Try this, it is from a 2007 service manual.

2007 Uly service manual schematic shows:

BK wire = ground
O/W = tail
R/Y = brake

(Cant read my writing on my notes for the ?, looks like a V or an L followed by an O).

It also looks like it gets direct bike voltage (13.2 volts).

Gotta run to coach lacrosse now (already late), but I can go dig the schematic back out and decipher my notes later tonight if necessary... though having 2 of the 3 identified should be as good as having all 3, the wire left over is the one left over : ) ).

Thanks, when I get home from work I'll check those colors to the light I have.
