a friend has a 2007 uly that has a HP exhaust (freespirits) a K&N air filter one air box, catch can and race ecm, the bike has no leaks, BAS is fine, TPS is correctly reset, changed the VR and changed the 77 connector, have new coil wires, all grounds were check and are fine, battery cables are tight, now here is the problem:
The bike runs fine but in 3rd , 4th and 5th gear it s really noticeable that at a steady 3000 revs the bike runs really rough, it like jumps, misses and splutters, under 2500revs is fine and over 3500 is fine, but the worst point is 3000 revs.
Does any one have a clue, we tried the stock ECM and the problem decreases but it's still there.
Any suggestions will be apreciated

Throttle body was changed due to a broken shaft. so the problem is not there, but thanks for the in put. |
