can anyone recommend a local shop for me? it makes the most sense to have a tune done right by someone experienced if its not to expensive that is.....

While the guys at MAX RPM in Bremerton are not H-D/Buell "experts", they do a lot of dyno tuning on everything from Ducatis to turbo-Porsches. They have both a bike and car dyno.
